In this very special first interview, we talk with Alexandra Rojas, the Executive Director of Justice Democrats. A couple weeks ago, Justice Democrats pulled off a huge victory when their candidate, Jamaal Bowman, defeated one of the most powerful, pro-war Democrats in the House, Eliot Engel. Tomorrow, Justice Democrat Cori Bush faces off against another very powerful Democrat in a primary election. She is a huge underdog in the battle, but we’ll ask Alexandra how she’s feeling about it, and also about how she thinks we can get the big stuff in this country done, and why primary elections are so important.
